| Dr. Wayne A. Helderman, O.D. | |

Dr. Helderman received his graduate school and professional training from Indiana University, was a captain in the medical service corp. and served on the state board of examiners for many years. He has been in private practice in Mt. Sterling for the past 30 years and has co-managed thousands of microsurgical cases. Dr. Helderman is also a member of the Kentucky and American Optometric Associations. |

Dr. Jacobs is a 2001 graduate of Southern College of Optometry and has practiced at Helderman & Jacobs Vision Center since. He is a member of Kentucky and American Optometric Associations, and is a member of the Montgomery County Board of Health. Dr. Jacobs and his wife Trina (Witt) live in Mt. Sterling. Trina is a Speech Language Pathologist for the Powell County School System. They have one son, Tyler and daughter Wittley. |
